Wholesale Terms and Conditions
We welcome enquiries from potential stockists.
Potential stockists should in the first instance, ‘REGISTER FOR A WHOLESALE ACCOUNT’ via our website or contact us via email. We ask for a few details on our web form so that we can do necessary checks, like assess whether your business and ours are a good fit, check that there is not another stockist in your locality etc.
Once approved and set up as a stockist on our e-commerce website, you will be able to login, and view the wholesale section. Login is by two step authentication, with the email used to register your account, you will be sent a passcode to your email, use this to authenticate your account.
You may place an order via the website or alternatively, email it through to trade.foxandboo@icloud.com stating design, quantities, and colour variants where required.
Once you have entered the wholesale area, you will see our collections/items available and current stock levels. We endeavour to keep these updated automatically, and manually as we sell through many channels, however our stock list may on occasion be inaccurate and not a true reflection of stock levels.
PAYMENT TERMS:
Initial orders are strictly pro forma, until a good trading relationship is established. Terms are strictly 30 days thereafter for all trade accounts.
CREDIT:
After your initial pro formas are settled, we will set up a small credit amount with strictly 30 day terms on your customer account. If invoices are not settled promptly, we may use our discretion and reserve the right to revoke the 30 day terms. Apologies but we are a small business, and late payments can have a detrimental effect to the smooth running of our business.
LEAD TIME:
We aim to deliver within 10 working days. Please check at the time of ordering if your order is urgent and we will do our best to deliver quicker. At certain times of year the lead time may be longer. We can’t accept responsibility for delays incurred due to bad weather or postal strikes.
CARRIAGE PAID ORDERS:
Delivery is free on orders over £180 in the UK mainland only. For N. Ireland, Southern Ireland and Scottish Highlands and Islands, please check with us as extra charges may be incurred.
When ordering via the wholesale section of our website, we will need to weigh and calculate delivery cost, after picking your order.
DELIVERY :
If your order is under the carriage paid amount, we will need to weigh and calculate delivery cost after picking your order. We will invoice you separately for this, expect to pay around £6.50 for an average delivery by courier. We do our best to keep delivery charges down and always use a comparison site to get the best deal possible. If your order is not urgent we can use cheaper delivery options, please add a note to your order to advise us.
The products supplied by Fox & Boo are delivered at the risk of Fox & Boo, unless a customer stipulates a special method of delivery. However, liability for the loss of the delivery shall be limited to the replacement of the products, or to a full refund of the invoice value.
MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY:
We sell all cards in quantities of 10 or more. Our minimum basket quantity is 30 units. We do try and build good working relationships with our stockists, who are often small businesses, and do not apply MOQ on tea towels nor will we on future products.
STOCKISTS:
Our stockist list reflects recent customers and we try to update this regularly. We try not to supply to more than one independent retailer in small towns and villages, however will use our discretion if the product selection is different. If a retailer hasn’t ordered for twelve months, we reserve the right to supply elsewhere in any area.
SALE OR RETURN:
We do not supply on a sale or return basis.
