Delivery Information and Returns

UK Standard Delivery

Delivery charges have recently been reviewed. Rather than basing carriage on weight, we have simplified our shipping charges aligning with other similar stores. Shipping is £5 for orders under £40, and free for orders £40 and over.

Items over 2kg may require a signature.

We may occasionally have promotional offers on free shipping, this will automatically be deducted at checkout.

Please ensure that delivery address is correct at the time of checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for incomplete addresses and failure to deliver.

Greeting Cards, Calendars and Tea Towels

We aim to despatch your goods from our studio within 1-2 working days of you placing your order (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). We will send you an email confirming when we have dispatched your order. We post out on Wednesday, Friday & Saturday.

Other Items

Most other items are made to order, and are printed and made up by our partners in the United Kingdom. Please refer to the delivery schedule in the individual item description.

Multiple items

If an order contains multiple items, these items may be shipped from different locations, as multiple parcels.

Overseas

Due an increase in overseas customers claiming orders have not been delivered and mounting costs of refunding or resupplying and time spent trying to trace shipments, we have made the decision to cease shipping overseas.

Returns

If an item arrives faulty or damaged. Please contact us right away so we can resolve the issue, we will offer an exchange or refund.

If for any reason you are not delighted with your order, you have a 14 day cooling off period during which we are more than happy to accept items that are in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. Please notify us within 14 days that you wish to return. You have an additional 14 days under your consumer rights, to return the items. Returns postage must be covered by the customer unless the item is deemed faulty.
