Ownership of Content
All content created by Fox & Boo, including but not limited to illustrations, artwork, designs, products, written content, branding, and visual assets, is the intellectual property of Fox & Boo unless otherwise stated.
This content is protected under UK copyright law, international copyright conventions, and applicable intellectual property legislation.
Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Fox & Boo does not consent to its artwork, designs, imagery, or written content being:
Scraped, copied, or ingested for the purpose of training artificial intelligence systems
Used in datasets for generative AI tools
Repurposed, modified, or imitated by AI systems
Used to create derivative works, style emulations, or outputs that replicate the distinctive style of Fox & Boo
This applies to both commercial and non-commercial AI use.
Prohibited Use
You may not, without explicit written permission:
Copy, reproduce, adapt, or distribute Fox & Boo content
Use Fox & Boo artwork or designs as prompts, reference material, or training data for AI tools
Create works that are substantially similar to, derived from, or clearly influenced by Fox & Boo’s distinctive artistic style
Remove copyright notices or claim Fox & Boo work as your own
Enforcement
Fox & Boo takes intellectual property rights seriously.

Immediate takedown requests
Formal cease-and-desist notices
Legal action to protect our rights, including claims for damages and costs
We will robustly defend our intellectual property through all appropriate legal means.
